They're trying to push those on older plans to go for newer 5G plans, but the 5GB hotspot quota is seriously a dealbreaker for some, especially those on P99.

Yea, only 5GB.. mad.gif

To make it worse, supp line used to be RM20...now with new plan its RM38. I need data plan for iPad hence need to sub to supp line...

You downgrade to U postpaid 98. Then u can enjoy 5G.

P99 can use like eat all you want until ~1.5TB (due to relaxed FUP rules)

I average used 100-200 GB Only

Why does VoWIFI only work when connected to certain Wi-Fi networks?
Is there any settings required on router?

I am able to use VoWIFI only when the phone is connected to Maxis-provided wireless router but not the ones from Unifi.

Connected to 5G now, speed still isn't that stable though.

Another thing is that once I switch back to wifi and then back to mobile data again, it will stay on 4G for a like around 10 seconds then only it will go back to 5G.

Me on p99 plan so no luck for me to even connect to 5g. I noticed there is 2 umobile network when I do a manual network search, one is 4g and the other one I am not able to connect and I guess it’s the 5g.
