Now i use 3G all the time, can 10mbps, better that 4G

I submitted yesterday from Xox and still no news until now. Probably the worst MNP delaying MVNO

Thinking to move from GX50 (unlimited data at 5mbps, unlimited local calls, postpaid) to GX38 (unlimited data at 6mbps, unlimited local calls, prepaid). Other than postpaid vs prepaid, is there any other restriction or limitation anyone knows about?

They ate back their own words and kept changing their OWL deal numerous times until its forgotten.

This has taught me a lesson NEVER to trust anything Celcom or TM related. They have no integrity and commitment to what they offer. Management always changing the same ol circle of MNC faces.

They have this priviledge culture which SELECTIVELY offer different deals to people which was also affecting old Maxis. Luckily Maxis managed to get rid of these parasites people and emerged competitive today.

Not just the mobile industry, you go to Unifi threads also you'll see different people getting different deals. Some would get 800MBps plans for less than RM200, some would pay the same for much less etc.

These kind of bad practices just make enemies with their customers because those who doesn't get it will feel angry for the mistreatment of being left out.

I (= GX50) confirm that I cannot now video-stream Youtube smoothly at 1080p - VPN not used, ie can only video-stream Youtube smoothly at 720p = there has been no change for GX50. Maybe got change for GX68. Note that hotspot does not cap video-streaming = if used up all alloted 5GB hotspot data, gotta buy hotspot data addon.

Khuan0813 azhar75 Will using VPN or DNS over HTTPS make my GX50 test for the tentative-80GB monthly FUP limit ineffective.? ie maybe because UMobile's software could not monitor what I am doing on the Internet.
....... So far, the MyUMobile app could not display my unlimited data usage(= indicates 0GB used) since I started my test. The Internet Speed Meter Lite app does show my daily Internet usage even when using VPN or DoH.

I saw someone mentioned that there was no more FUP for all GX plans.

That's why no need to display how many GB we have used so far in MyUMobile app.
In my opinion, I don't think that U Mobile will do so.

Unable to receive TAC SMS when ordering things.
Like bank TAC Code?
I tried to order something from Maybank DC or Maybank2U.
I wait for so long until it never come.

I tried using Big Pay also not success.
I restarted my phone also no changes.

Anyone here experiencing this issue?
