Lol umoshit made my gx38 plan totally disappeared. "you do not have any add on purchased". Double speed got what use when can't use at all lol. Luckily I have second sim as backup

It is still available in USSD/mandarin telco app UNLESS your hand itchy change to 5G-ready prepaid plan...

It's not that I can't sub to gx38, but the gx38 that I already paid for disappeared.

There was a similar bug in September. App shows "you currently do not have any add-ons purchased" even though I just renewed few days ago.

See I'm not the only one affected.

Somehow I never had this problem though...

Better visit U Mobile centre or call them for quick resolve for GX38 plan.

Probably ur visit to U Mobile could help every GX38 plan users facing the same issue as you

has anyone use umobie 68/98- 100/1000Gb plan?
with currently so slow internet with umobile, i wonder how much data u consume?
I my normal usage youtube streaming, 1days can only use 500mb, not even close to 50% of 100Gb data

Try reset APN

If reset also like that then most likely congestion issues

Dont trust speedtest as it is spoofed by telcos

U25 speed is only 3mbps, is it enough to use wechat video or voice call outside?
