Shit so huge earn profit (from current subscriber who pay fiber every month) can't even pull the new fiber to those unavailable fiber coverage.
Dont need to wait until 6 months la... TM will close your report in few days / weeks after you re-open, so keep re-open the report and you might also get a price reduction if you're lucky. There is no harm in trying.

Same bro. They open report and then close it back. They promised they want to contact to inform but nope. They just ditched the report and act like nothing happen. TM CS is getting worst day by day.

the free upgrade of streamyx 4mbps to 8mbps need fill any form or wat??y i havent get the free upgrade..currently using 4mbps at price RM140 shit

Your area probably can't support the speed, so you have not been upgraded. Did you get any notification that you will be upgraded?

btw I just got a call from unifi qfter making SKMM complaint. Free upgrade same price (rm110 damn i wish my previous streamyx was cheaper). And they says it will be fiber optic too.

didnt apply for 129(100mbps) because dont want new 2 years contract and testing the fiber line here first, maybe i will upgrade to 100mbps if i need more

Report to MCMC is the best way. I just got upgraded from 4Mbps to 8Mbps recently after complaining to MCMC. Sometimes they have the port but will tell you no port available. Not sure why. Below is my experience:

1)I was waiting for free upgrade but no news. So i keep asking port availability through live chat & walked in to TM point. Both of them told me my area able to support 8Mbps but will need to pay the original price (RM160) to upgrade to 8Mbps.

2)Then i request for price reduction but they say NO PROMOTION AVAILABLE & the FREE UPGRADE CAMPAIGN HAS ENDED. Therefore no free upgrade plan for me. (WTH??? UNIFI told our minister will provide 2x free upgrade for area without Unifi & now you told me the campaign has ended???)

3)I started to submit reports to MCMC. UNIFI will simply reply there is no port available, will put my area in UNIFI waiting list & try to close the report. I reopen & keep demanding for completion date of the UNIFI. After multiple times of close-reopen process, finally they called & offer price reduction to 4Mbps RM88.

4)I asked if my area has 8Mbps port but they still say NO. So i reopen the MCMC report. Finally they called & upgraded to 8Mbps RM99, 24 months contract.

This might be long process but definitely worth to try as you able to save a lot of money & get your speed upgraded.
To open a report is simple & you just need to wait for UNIFI to reply. If you did not satisfy with their offer, just keep re-open the report until they offer you the best offer.
I regret that i did not report to MCMC earlier.
There is Chinese says: Only kids that make noise will get the candy.

I found report to MCMC is the best way. Opening internal UNIFI report not help at all.

keep re-open even they close the ticket.
I get same official reply, my area since slownet implemented until now no unifi at all max speed only 1mbps.

they reduce price to RM88 i still not happy I keep re-open all my tickets challenge them
