 TM Starts To Upgrade Streamyx Users 100MB Free, this thread for hutang screamyx users :)

Well, my summary

1. Streamyx user from 2004
2. No free anything or upgrade, even up until 2019.
3. Telephone copper wires - changed a few times thru the years.
4. When heavy rain /downpour ....pickup handset....crackling sound....no data means no internet.
5. My area unifi ready, request say no port.
6. Checked, only 2 tiang got the fibre terminal white TM box (1 box 8 ports x 2 tiang = 16 ports).
7. Front row 20 houses, back row 20 houses total 40 houses with 16 unifi ports.
8. Request request request until one fine day no streamyx. phone can't dial out.....complaint for almost a month.
9. Put in application for unifi, watch them key in for waiting list, sign and chop.....
10.My waiting list order went missing when went back to double check 2 weeks later.
11.After many rounds visiting TM service center, had courage to thank TM and gave "love letter".
12.For all my years with Streamyx, many Slowmix and frequent Nomix, this is what i got in return.......

I sent TM love letter loh....i terminate it.....don't want to pay premium price for so slow speed anymore tongue.gif

Well i got them to reduce the price all the way to RM 0.00
I terminated the streamyx account on Feb 2019.

No point i chase and argue or go visit TM Point, they just don't get it.
They are thinking of themselves and their investors.

But the "True" investors are you and me who pay for the usage.....we invest in what they provide.
If they not able to provide, that's it......choice is ours.....no need to headache.

The one and only choice is to terminate if you can find a "source" to use internet.(for the time being)

I am using phone data, i will wait out until something affordable comes along.

Click "Login"
register an account.....inside you can create/lodge a complaint.....AKA ticket.....and
copy the report number.

If you see the report missing/close, you can create another one.
Just make sure you copy the report number as refference or take snapshot or print out.

Compile

If making a MCMC complaint, use/copy the TM report number to link it.


I did all that until i can't take no more.....so i POTONG.....save my energy do something else better. tongue.gif
(Oh i did the same with ASTRO, POTONG too, am a happy camper,now if i can only potong TNB electricity too hahaha)
