Just like mine. Reverse camera doesnt show image all the time. Feels like it's now a light sensor. Morning function, when it's night, it goes to sleep as well. zzz

Now that is something I never seen or heard before. Quite dangerous if you don't have rear visibility on reverse, better get it checked.

I've already done warranty claim for the camera module, but it's still the same. Now SC saying it might be related to wiring but can't claim because I did dash cam hardwire.

Query them back how did dashcam wiring affected reverse cam wiring. Since both don't connect to each other, there is no reason to blame on that. Dashcam tap power from wire to cig lighter, right?

Just got info, Almera will come as turbo so looks to be unlike Vios and City, this will come as 1.0T car the same as Thai version.

I have ask Honda SC on the price for repaint the whole car. They said my car colour is special, so roughly 5k + 😅😅

Respray whole car is about that price outside actually.

White orchid pearl is their special color, it only commands around 110 extra compare to normal color.

By the way, went for 40k service today despite only driven about 3k in the last 6 months. SA told me battery state of health is only 68% and it is time to change battery. I opted not to replace by SC. Will look out for probably something like Amaron NS60.

Wah, then it is more worth it to do it in SC. Since they will be using the ori paint.
Good question I didn’t ask. Because my car is the striking blue, so I didn’t bother to ask for normal paint price 😔

I am using the amaron too.. but is the medium grade of the NS40. Changed last November, so far so good

Similar situation as yours but mine was 30k service with actual mileage of 26k. Battery state was around 70% and was offered to replace by SC. I opted to change outside and got Amaron NS60 for around rm220.

If you reach 70% and below, you got less than 2 weeks or so to replace it before it dies.

Guys, planning to hardwire my dashcam.. I manage to find the fuse box location above pedal, but where can we see each of the fuse function? I didn't saw any diagram, for fuse under hood we can see the diagram on the cover.. But the internal one where to find?

I can tell you it will be more expensive than doing it outside. Normally ppl go back SC if they can claim ownself/other party insurance.

Just found out yesterday night, the issue of the camera is related to my headlights. When I on my headlights and engage Reverse, no image. But when Reverse is engaged and I off my headlights, then image will appear and stay even if i on back my headlights.

Any recommendation in Klang Valley to install dash cam? My City is year 2018 V Spec. Seeing accident increase nowadays seems to be good choice to put one (can even consider rear one).

Go for Viofo A129 Pro Duo. Front and back recordings.
Front camera is True 4K.
Price is decently tagged for such quality. Its running on capacitive instead of Li-ion batteries. Get it hardwired.

Find Sicurez Automotive Solutions in Subang. They are authorized reseller and can include installation with minimal fee.

P/S:
There aren’t many choices when it come to 4K UHD recording dashcam. Thinkware U1000 and Blackvue DR900S are also true 4K available in the market. Viofo price is just a small fraction comparing to these but quality is on par if not superior than these. Try do some study with Mr. Google.
