It's like this.. Say minimum order to qualify for free shipping is RM35.. Item price is RM30.. Free shipping will still apply but will be limited to RM2. Which I suspect is your case. However, if item(s) price is => RM35? Then, shipping is fully discounted. As long as it's from the same store. It won't work if you buy item one RM25 from Store A and Item 2 RM20 from Store B. Must be total Item(s) price from a single store to qualify. Also, can only use one free shipping voucher per day. So if you have multiple orders and not in a hurry, just split them in multiples of at least RM35 and place one per day. Hope this is clearer.

got scammed with faked product. Here my story, last 9/9 sales, i bought ext hdd with around rm 120 for 2tb. i thought since it was on 9/9 sales, all items were verified by shoppee and bought it without thinking too much

then after 3 days payment made, asked seller the tracking no but got told item is shipped from China. What the hell i said, the item description said it from kelantan

after 2 weeks received, but cant used after try reformat. contact seller and got mad with me said why do i format ntfs not exfat. He said this hdd only support exfat format only. I said back to him, there is no such things, all hdd can be formatted all type and i asked for refund but he refused.

then, make report with shoppee. while waiting feedback from shoppee, i looked around on shoppee, turn out there are many seller sell this hdd (exfat only). Most customer didnt get refund and a few received partial refund

then, both shoppe and seller still delay in refund my money, so i sent the hdd to seagate service centre. and sure seagate technician said claim invalid after checking





after all these, i finally get back the money. all these almost took a month to settle.

i hope there will no lowyat forummer fall to this hdd scam. i quite lucky since manage to get refund not like the others customers. what i really shocked is, shoppe is allow this seller to sell this hdd and not banned with all proof i sent them with seagate email

this is first time i got fake product while shopping online. I thik i going to stick to my favourite seller on lazada and lelong. Shoppee gave me really bad experience

I too had a similar experience with a Msian seller on Shopee but it ended with me bearing all losses as Shopee sided with seller.

I feel Shopee is pro-seller whereas Lazada is pro-buyer. Items on Lazada may cost a little bit more but it's very much easier to return for refund when dispute arise

another scam items are bluetooh headphone, soundbar, speaker etc.
Some claimed to be authorized dealer with up to 80% from retail price. even featured in shocking deal...

be sure read comment too, almost fell to those trap

RM120 for a 2TB External HDD. That is quite daring to trust such an impossible deal.

Shopee is very bad compare to lazada on refund issue...

My harman kardon speaker spoilt after 6days...
Too bad i click received n shopee already paid my money to the seller d...

Then shopee ask me to settle it with the seller.. they don give any fuk after i confirm payment..

So, i send back the speaker to the seller at my own expense.

Now, its been 1month+... the seller still tell me claiming in progress...

Hopefully, they r not scamming me by not returning my speaker...

Ok after experimenting a few more times I got it now. Looks like they changed the free shipping system. It used to be automatically free shipping when you hit the minimum order, now need to use a voucher to trigger it.

if u used yesterday's 11% discount code, its a glitch actually so most forummers already received their cancellation.
