I dont know , sometimes seller is out of stock , need to message to ask whether got stock ready.
If got stock , seller need to let buyer estimate time whether buyer can wait.

Some buyer thinks seller ready stock and can get by next working day but late only receiving.Buyer sometimes need to check the poslaju tracking number to confirm whether it's buyer fault for late shipping for poslaju issue.

but , every end must control not to get rude on either side to prevent problem.Actually sometimes rating may be fake or real.So get to know well with experience how the rating works.

To add, its very good for Shopee adding the live chat with seller.

buy from shopee, kena cancelled order so many time already - due to no stock, no ship out, etc etc. no longer suprise by anything in shopee

Not to emphasize about "customer is king".
It's about the manner towards their customers.
They expect everyone will give them 5 stars and once a low rated review,
they just blast the customer for wasting their time and told not to buy from them anymore.

Ratings might be fake. But only buyers who bought items from the seller able to give reviews.
If they only accept praises as credits but criticism as insult, just wish them best of luck!

Regardless, there are far better ways to respond than the way the seller did. Not just once, but multiple replies.. All loaded with hate and disdain about the customer.

I think there are some misunderstanding here, haha.
Those are the compilation of replies to different buyer from the same seller, not one, and also not me.
The first reply was towards me, the rest are from previous replies by seller.

What I was trying to highlight about this seller, is the bad attitude towards buyer, discouraging buyer to buy from online shop. He was like, "go retail store and purchase your goods, if you have so many request or questions, just buy from online and keep your mouth shut for whatever you are going to receive" this attitude.
