Hi may i know why shopee delivery failed attempt today? And it say buyer reschedule but i did not reschedule the delivery, and i was at my house the whole day today no one ring my door bell, they only provide me a phone number 01110360805 , so should i call this number?

Building on your experience, I hypothesised the order of vouchers is the same whether in order placement or "My Vouchers" page. For instance, my 2 Mall only vouchers come after the 2 platform-wide vouchers in My Vouchers page (ignore RM19 vouchers since cannot be applied anyway), so I chose the third voucher in order placement. Then upon verification in My Vouchers page, one of the Mall only shipping vouchers was removed.

But if you used to premium don't buy this.

I'm buying two items and it says 'Free shipping over RMx'. Both my items fulfill the price condition for free shipping (the check page even says RM0) but how come when I get to the checkout page I'm always charged?

Possibly because during the checkout process, there are multiple shipping company options and the more expensive option got automatically selected by the system. For this, you'll need to manually tap and switch to the completely free shipping option. Either that or the cost of shipping both items to you is simply greater than the free shipping voucher amount.

It's the second case - apparently only one free shipping voucher per day, so the other item is charged. Initially I assumed the 'free shipping' offered was independent of the shipping vouchers.
