lol when they give hint as peribahasa, i thought it will be in BM...

In 1 shopee order has 4 items. Received 2 items in good order, 1 item faulty and 1 item not received.
So I requested refund. In the refund reasons selection box, I can't do multiple selection, I can only pick one reason either faulty or did not receive. My question is, can I submit 1 refund request for the faulty item and submit another refund request for the Not Received item? Or I can only submit refund request ONCE only per order?

Thanks for the heads up mate. It is indeed annoying when we couldn't really tell apart the vouchers.

Building on your experience, I hypothesised the order of vouchers is the same whether in order placement or "My Vouchers" page. For instance, my 2 Mall only vouchers come after the 2 platform-wide vouchers in My Vouchers page (ignore RM19 vouchers since cannot be applied anyway), so I chose the third voucher in order placement. Then upon verification in My Vouchers page, one of the Mall only shipping vouchers was removed.

Hope this finding helps anyone facing the same issue.
