Your thundermatch items got prompt update?

I ordered a laptop from Thundermatch from LZD , 29th Aug until now, Items still being packed @_@, still discussing with LZD on how to settle this as I used a RM300 voucher and the price was before SST.

Would not recommend to purchase from Thundermatch anymore.

I was charged 1% by Standard Chartered CC (first time use) for cross border fee to Shopee Sg. It not happened to my HSBC & Maybank CC. Which other bank got charge also?

Read the OTP.
If SHOPEE SINGAPORE (SG), don't proceed;
If IPAY88-SHOPEE (KUALA LUMPUR MY), don't worry, it is using MY payment channel and no "cross border fee" will be charged by your CC issuer.

OTP only out after we click "pay" at final stage right, will I lost any voucher or coins that was deducted?

For Shopee, the voucher and coins should be reinstated after a few minutes if you don't complete the order.

ive just complained...

the shopee cs has no clue about this. talked for 20 minutes with no solution.. connection cut in the middle of the call and when i was about to get angry.

then i check back the shopee, the voucher back to normal. but the free delivery voucher cant be used as "you have reached the daily limit".

seller problem, not shopee problem.

I placed order from shopee on 9 sep, received first item on 11 sep. second item received on 12 sep. dam efficient. other items still pending though. not sure if today will get another one or not.
