For those who made the purchase on 9.9 with failed transaction and repeat the purchase order again, please check your payment card transaction history for a possible of double charging, I found out one of my transaction has been double charge

For the time being, I kiv'ed my complain as shopee management had assisted me with my issue after I escalated this issue to them. They promised to reinstate the code if the seller fails to ship out the order.

This is what shopee management reply to me. "With regards to your inquiry, I would suggest you to wait till 14th for the seller to ship out the item however if the seller fails to ship out the item then you may proceed to cancel the order and we will assist you to refund and reinstate the promo code to you again".

Any promo code for a 200+ item?

Paid on 4th , till now still haven't ship.

Seller wasn't replying so I cancelled the order then the seller quickly copy paste FAQ to me.

Wanted to give him a chance and withdrew the cancellation, who knows now not even replying to me and still not shipping it.

Some random observations from 9/9 sale.

Poslaju still FTW. Already 4 delivered
DHL eCommerce slower than Poslaju. Somewhere in transit.
Ordered 4 x Office 365 from Thundermatch. One is shipped from Cheras, the other from Penang. 2 more no update. Maybe they pack in same package?
Mydin slow, still haven't post out yet.
Shopee's Mart is the fastest to ship out expectedly.

Fulfilled by Lazada also fast. Delivered by LEX.

Don't you have the Poslaju tracking number already? If you have, track at pos.com.my. Shopee's tracker very slow to update one.

I have 15 orders from Shopee, all already have tracking number. 14 Poslaju, 1 DHL. Of the 14, 4 delivered. DHL and 2 Poslaju now tracking, the rest not yet.

One non-9/9 order from China. Placed on 7/9, today 13/9 already picked up by Poslaju from ECBC. Very fast.
