wah......today i received multiple -5 coins reductions for all my recent ratings for 11.11 purchases given to different sellers. all my +5 coins review rewards are neutralised now. reasons given by shopee is :

“Coins were deducted due to irrelevant or inappropriate ratings”

actually i gave 5 star ratings for all the reviews. the only thing is that my written reviews are all the same - repetitive words.

it looks like shopee starts to penalise buyers who give repetitive wordings for review.

my order from china from 11.11 has arrived today. 5 days only. thats new record~~

10s , even 30 second also i will have problem since using poor internet + wifi router + phone speed.Apps also very lag.

The RM50 sitewide code indeed do work on 12am sharp, and some member here say they manage to get through about 10s after 12AM sharp too.

And yeah, the system is quite laggy at 12AM, you need to go into the voucher page and wait for it to load (which take quite a few second on my phone, but quite instantaneously on my family member’s phone). Some luck factor at play here too.

When come to external HDD, I prefer to buy from these non-HDD manufacturing OEM like ADATA, SP and etc over the like of seagate/WD, because they have standard HDD inside while WD etc have non-standard HDD inside.

In case the casing gone faulty, you just need to swap the case and good to go. But for WD, you’re totally at the mercy of manufacturer and god.

Agreed, foresee HDD get eliminated within 5 years from now.

Good ma, at least they are not throwing it somewhere then just leave, so far I don't have any complain about J&T service, fast delivery some more.

Perhaps you always use same photo/video for different product rating.

Some orders from China really fast one after the seller shipped out the item, especially item from South China, but still depends on seller service.

Get a good phone + internet and stay at checkout page next time should help you get it.

My experience in dealing with partial refund on items purchase and shipped from China.

1) Chat with seller to confirm the situation you faced.
2) Email help@support.shopee.com.my with your Order ID and situation. Enclosed with photo of items & consignment note, screenshot of conversation between seller & buyer earlier.
3) Shopee come back to me that seller agreed on our partial refund.

My issue is resolved within 1 day, with refund (50%) due to incomplete items received.

Sometimes issue can be settled quickly if we (buyer/seller/shopee) follow processes and co-operate.

Cheap brand could give you cheap price n more storage with good speed. But no warranty on reliability.

It depends on your need.
