if happen like this who wrong seller or poslaju

don't click refund, in fact just wait until last day, then click extend shopee guarantee
you may call poslaju yourself to ask them to pick up, unless seller dun wanna ship your order
also sometimes is due to poslaju too busy - not available to pick up

Kena same thing on my 2 parcels I received the message yesterday. But when I asked sellers about it both saying they didn't manage to send parcels out for picking by Poslaju due to order overload after 11.11 so they asked me to be patient they will try to ship ASAP.

This morning checked again both sudah picked up Poslaju Penang.  If you're not sure better ask the seller first and see if they have pack and ship the parcel.
