I've planted several FP vouchers, haven't claimed yet cuz have to use them within 14 days after claiming. And I just noticed the food service voucher expires date has shorten from Jan 2021 to this month! Anyone of u r facing the same issue?



So my voucher expires on 23 Nov? And I have extra 14 days to use after claiming? I remember d expiry should have been Jan 2021!

Poslaju seems to be backlogged? No movement on my parcel for 6 days, coming to one week now. J&T at least I can see the parcels are in progress.

foodpanda voucher itself will expire on 24 jan 2021 as of yesterday.

Just wonder there are some item which, "No shipping options available, please check with seller." Try chat with seller take aged and never reply. Saw seller just active few minutes ago. So they are doing business or not

I thought the other way round, I thought I can claim the voucher anytime by 24 Jan 2021 while I have to use the voucher within 14 days after I claim

I tried to claim the voucher, why am I asked to pay RM5? I thought it's free, isn't it? Or am I missing something here? I've planted few, do I have to pay for it? If so, what's the benefit of this RM5 voucher while I have to pay RM5 for it?

I feel so dumb, how come I don't see any voucher code? Can u tell me where or how to get the code?

after u claim the voucher it should appear in ur voucher catalog, the place where all vouchers go. not sure why u dun see it though.

u must pick shopee pay as payment method first, then only select voucher. ur screenshot shows CC, that's why
