I have problems redeeming the RM5 top up mobile coupon and also the old town toast. Previously can select the coupon (Shopee Garden vc) and buy it without any cost but recent ones cannot redeem, keep buying and cancel due to not able to use voucher to offset. But the vc still in my vc list. Will wait further days n see.

after that if u can apply voucher but "shown you have reached the max. limit of using this type of vc"

How much did u used ShopeePay to make payments this month? IINM got monthly usage limit that could be the issue.
I dont remember how much limit and where to see the details, maybe someone else can help u

ShopeePay daily check out limit is RM1k. Don't know about monthly, maybe 29/30/31K?

Just got an sms from a mobile number 0136882924 claiming to be from Shopee saying that I bought something for almost RM3k using a particular banks card.
Red flag is its from a mobile and I dont hv cards from that bank.
And asked to call back to a 1800 number.
Pls be on the alert folks.

I managed to redeem mine today. I just select the shopee garden voucher as normal like we buy items and no payment is needed.

Have anyone worked out how redeeming the coins via discount on checkout work?

I have thousands of coins, and I have redeemed via 25% of price discount before, but I notice something odd.

I have a lot of coins, but yesterday it only allowed me to redeem 600 coins. Today, I checked again, it only allowed me to redeem 750 coins.

Both times I clicked the question mark icon (beside the coins redemption slider at checkout), I am given this message "This is the maximum number of coins you can redeem today for the current product selection"

There must be some kind of calculation or rule involved.
Anyone knows how this is calculated?

I tried searching the FAQs on Shopee and tried Googling, no answers.
I am aware of the terms and conditions of "the maximum limit of coins redemption is only 25% of the actual price of product"

I guess there is nothing that can be done to chase them if a parcel is stuck or lost by shopee? Only can wait and apply refund?
Thing is, I wanted my parcel to arrive, not be repeatedly lost by shopee. Already second parcel lost in a week for me. Coincidence, those lost parcels are above $200, or the staffs stolen it.

The payment is successful n order is confirmed. I also got sms from cimb with correct amount. Just scared if this is something dangerous or not, is my card being used by someone else?

My shopee guarantee almost end. Should I click refund? Tracking not move. Already 8 days for local (worth rm500) 16 days for china parcel (worth rm80) . If refund successful. Who will paid seller damage? Shopee? Courier company? I don't think seller will lost money simple as that.
