Guys. Apparently this shop is selling PS4 Pro for RM400, Switch for RM400 and 65" Bravia TV for 560. Is this a scam? But I saw shopee guarantee. Mind enlighten me how this scam works?

Edit: Well. After browsing for similar sellers for a while, I conclude that this is definitely a scam. All accounts have the same response rate of 57% and opened within 3 days ago. Shop name and ID are weird and all over the place. 0 successful sales. I think they will purposely not ship your item and though your money will be refunded, some desperate people will contact them personally thru whatsapp and bank in money them and by then GG.com

How long does Shopee Agents take to reply? I requested for refund on 18th May and the seller also raised a dispute with Shopee on the same day but there is no answer from the Shopee Agent since.

mine about 2 weeks for first reply after dispute , 3 weeks settled
