Dear OP, it does look like you have no clue about what you are doing at all. If you don't wanna read up on the information available to you here and on other parts of internet, then you probably are just not that interested to make the changes.
And 1 month? Try 2 years. |

1st - Strength training don't help u burn fat. High intensity exercise like cardio only will help u burn fat
2nd - The most of our body fat is stored at abs.. mean ur belly.. so abs training can't be skip if u wan burn fat. 3rd - dietary plan. Just give up rice doesn't mean lower ur carbon intake.. u may eat noodle/bread which providing u high carbon as well. 4th - wat u expect in one month result |

Whatever exercise you do (combining with proper diet), will burn fat.. this includes strength training. Just a matter of how intense the exercise is. You can't spot reduce the fat.. by doing abs training will not directly burn the belly fat. You burn fat by doing overall bodywork exercises. By eating less than maintenance, combining with proper training, it will expedite the fat loss process. |

QUOTE(overfloe @ Sep 13 2018, 11:53 AM) Ini broscience broo.. Overfloe is right. By eating less than maintenance, combining with proper training, it will expedite the fat loss process. Full body exercise = weights (calories burned) + cardio (calories burned) + proper eating (calories control) = result. You may consider include Deadlift + Kettle Bell Swing in your workout, really good for full body. This post has been edited by tkyong1: Sep 13 2018, 12:37 PM |

You may try doing 1000 kettle bell swing a week, build into your weekly workout plan.
Should see some positive result if consistently doing it for months. |

QUOTE(clement5949 @ Sep 21 2018, 02:34 PM) There's a lot of sound advice given to you already. It's up to you if you wanna use them. Then there's silly stuff like "strength too low cause I can only curl 10kg". The best advice to you now is to hop on a legit beginner program. Follow that program. A program that introduces progressive overload. Worry less about diet for now. Just eat what you used to, stick to the program for at least 3 months. Grind out the exercises, ask your gym buddies to check your form. But if you're only worried about bodyfat, I got good news for you man. You don't even need to go gym. Just eat what you used to but less. If you've got time, then do some physical activities that you enjoy doing. |
