 Why body fat don’t drop?

You need 6 months with perfect diet/training. You diet sure fail cause you not counting calories. google IIFYM Cutting.

Do Push Pull Legs train 6x/week.

Usually I do 3 set 10reps my weight usually fall under 10kg to 12.5kg

Before I start my workout, I will run for 6min on the machine.

For my diet, I had avoid sweet food and drinks. Sometime got little snack. I don’t skip any of my 3 meals but usually I had my dinner after gym which is around 9pm already. Besides, I will usually avoid eating rice. And I drink black coffee every morning to do boost my metabolism.

Go study bodybuilding basics calories, IIFYM, lean bulk, cutting, deficit, rep range, hypertrophy, strength, compound/isolation exercises, form for 1 month (~120 hours of studying) before walking into gym.

Talk so much crap. Avoid this, avoid that, all bullshit.

Just count calories and eat at 300- 600 deficit settle edy.

Maintain your weight while increasing strength on all lifts in gym. Keep at it for 1 year.
