I have clarified with the CS, basically my PBe account was created from my first PB card, so it only has view function. To add the new cards in, I need to go to branch and enable "PAC" function to do it online, or I could also request the branch staff to add for me.
Btw, VS and Quantum different CS number? 0321768333 (Quantum) 0321768118 (VS).
