Oic, nevermind, since i rare use that card, i just cancel it.
According to CS , Point cannot be transfer to another PBB Credit Card.
Only Balance Credit (overpaid) can be transfer.

at the end i transfer all balance (Overpaid) to PBB Visa Signature.
Points earn on Quantum card all burn ~~ (But not much la... 500+ point total)

not sure about public bank, if im not mistaken banks will not waive or prorate the sst as it's collected for gov unlike annual fee.

Wanna ask for the cash back campaign... If time zone diff will follow Malaysia gmt+8 or how?
Example if Malaysia 12am Monday, and my place is 6hr behind I am only (gmt+2) then shall I use at 6pm Sunday (as its equal to 12am Monday)? Or I need wait till 12am at my place as well?

There's also a saying that some transaction on shoppee done after midnite somehow flowed back to the previous day. So *maybe* it's your local time.

Edit : Just paid with Visa on Shoppee and the payment gateway is Cybersource in US. If follow the payment gateway's local time, then 12-16 hours different. So far all my Mastercard goes to Australia.

VS = 11 swipes (RM660 capped at RM633)
QM = 10 swipes (RM600)

Remaining swipes goes to Visa for VIP? Assuming no supplementary cards.
