i forgot to provide my hp no. & only provide office no. in the application form. I m not using any hpuse phone no. too.

They called & request for my hp. After few days my application was approved.

except for recent rm10k/month cc reload, there is no other fup to reload. check bigpay's official channels and t&c.

the reload issues is a known reliability issue from bigpay for weeks now.

If you got the OTP and you key-in and click submit then chances are bank already process the payment but the merchant did not pick it up only.

I contacted bank PBB earlier and they confirmed that it went through. You can also call them to double confirm your transaction.

Happened to me as well, but in PB statement it showed 6 transaction.
Checking again just now shows BP statement is already well reflected.

Quite a number. Even just a few months back I applied both from MBB and HSBC, no issues getting approval. PBB reject me though

Pbb is strict in terms of credit card application as compared to other banks. This is me speaking from experience as I have cc from most of the banks in Malaysia

If you want it, maybe go for pledged FD.
