Savings account got zero impact on card approval/rejection, it's not a credit facility.

If you want it, maybe go for pledged FD.

I've applied for PBB quantum cc two weeks back by sending application directly to their email but then found out public bank has rejected my application when I called cs to check last week.
Then I reapplied thru ringgitplus but with similar documentations, submitted on last Tuesday. How long does it usually takes to accept/reject ones application ? And what are the probability of me getting rejected again? Lol really wish to get the card. 

P/S: I've fulfilled the annual income requirement to own the card.

For me reapplying serves no purpose... your cc application get rejected because your criteria doesnt pass the minimum score requirement. The bank officer have a set of SOP in processing the application... Its not easy for the credit officer to override the decision by the system. In fact for some bank, they actually penaltise your "score" for frequent application within short period of time because its a sign that you need money and your financial condition is not good...
