can pb quantum cc set sms alert limit? like maybank we can set more than rm1 will receive sms alert

for the SN4CB, if principal already swipe more than 8x60 then the supp card swipe extra won't have any CB is it?

Guys, how come my card approved in Aug 2018 and activated in Aug 2018 been charged for SST RM25 as well? It is norm?
