I think it depends on when your contract started. Recently the termination terms were changed for those who started contract after a certain date. It is based on full montly price, ie listed price before discounts X balance contract time left. There was an announcement a few months ago, maybe you can search for it for details.

Had a look again on this month's bill and judging by how many didn't get turboed but price discount, I'm sorely dissapointed that I might be one of them.

Before then it used to be RM169 (internet) + RM30 (HyppTV Platinum pack) = RM199 monthly w/ RM50 discount perpetual

Now it's the same price but upgrade the useless one (since my parents watched on unblock tv) :shakehead:  :x

What are the chances to get turbo speed?? I don't have much hope on TM anymore...... :help:

Bandar Botanic, Klang btw

You're right! I just checked my 100mbps subscription details... Last week's was different... Maybe they are just giving us the discount until we get turbo-ed? Been following since v33... Anyone from TM can confirm that this is just (hopefully) temporary?

Just managed to check with TM live chat. Actually my contract left few more months only. Obviously my contract was not refreshed as I thought. Maybe I remembered wrongly.

That’s good. I can wait till 06 Nov 2018 to give 1-month notice and then have my service cancelled without charged. (If I interpreted correctly).

Then after that I can sign-up maxis broadband for rm99 plan which I will save rm90 monthly.
Maxis gives one month rebate for unifi customer port over.

To be exact, your laptop wireless card limitation.

Time to get USB based adapter such as TPLink Archer T9UH ?
