But, you have to think that buying at Singapore, you have to claim warranty at Singapore if anything happen to your phone. Will it worth for you ? If you're working there, then go ahead. smile.gif

Ori phones hardly need to repair though. I think the SE service center will still repair SG handsets but need to pay money lor. Better than AP sets which they completely reject.

Original set when send for service at Sony Ericsson center will not be charge any sum. But for phone buying at SG which consider AP set for Malaysia Sony Ericsson, they will charge you.

I never heard of that Sony Ericsson will reject completely for servicing AP set. Maybe you are playing a wild guess on it ?

no it is true. the reason they reject to service AP set is because, some ppl get their AP set serviced in service centre, and some AP company count that as void to their warranty (when the ppl go to claim, or further servicing fromt heir ap company). the ppl 'beh song', go back to SESC and express their frustration like no ppl business, and hence SESC have the right to refuse servicing AP set, since that might void their AP company warranty.

Make sense. But if after warranty period, I doubt SESC will reject it. unsure.gif

I oso have screen protector on my K810. Its a 3 piece thing. 1 for the main screen, 1 for the keypads and 1 for the lens cover. For the keypad it just cover the plastic area and not the buttons, meaning it covers around the roun metallic buttons. Got it for RM15 at Atlantis Communications SS2.

2 late, he did it....

i jus notice that sometime when i use my keypad after a period of stanby, my phone battery will drop, then after a while, it'll rise again, e.g. drop to 30%, then after a few seconds, rise back to 50%, then stay at there

does any k810 user experience this as well?
my 1st time with SE phone only leh...

K810i battery lifetime is very impressive. I am using K810i and N73i but the K810i battery can stand up to 3 days, my N73i only lasting for 2 and 1/2 days (if I use for making calls, sms and snap a picture).

Tips for long lasting ---> reduce the screen brightness at the lowest rate.

I feel very worth it to have K810i
