if a customer purchases something from lazada platform, but due to non-compliance of seller and the order is cancelled by the seller/lazada and not by the buyer, it is not the buyer's fault. It's the seller's fault, as well as partly Lazada's fault for allowing such seller to conduct business in Lazada platform. Lazada should take the responsibility.

There are rules and/or penalty about cancelling orders. i guess u probably didnt know.

ofcourse we all like to live in a perfect world but there are no perfect in this world.
If lazada takes all the responsibility they will bankrupt due to many abuse, or no seller will sell there, or no buyer will buy there.

for example, nowadays got scammer posting items in lazada but ask customer to whatsapp and directly make payment to them.
can victim blame lazada and sue laada for compensation?

Fact is very simple, you pay with wallet Lazada refund to wallet. Pay with card refund to card (or to wallet which then can withdraw). This is nothing to do with whose fault it is or anything, this is how their ewallet works.

Now whether they should be allowing withdraw for all is a different matter, and depends how you interpret Bank Negara ruling. I believe if enough people make complaint then Lazada will be forced to allow withdrawal from their wallet.

I have no problem withdrawing all money from the e wallet (credit to my bank account). Wallet must be frozen before withdrawal.

I put in cart and checkout during pay I press wallet it will go into a page like credit card where your money straight go to wallet n to payment in single click where you only saw cc payment page.. I choose wallet for 2 reason, try cb and incase refund is more fast..

I paid my item via direct bank debit. Item received but faulty. DOA. I returned the item. Took close to a month for Lazada to refund to e wallet. Then I fully withdrew all money from my e wallet to my bank saving account. After 1 week, saw the credit in my bank. W00t.

Yeah.. See here.. Tried to buy an item.. Says free shipping RM40.. Clicked until 6, the past RM40.. Reach to checkout, become 5 only.. And so conveniently, that 5 units is actually RM39.x.. So close but can't qualify for free shipping. End up, I no choice, but to buy don't know what from the same shop, for free shipping on both items.

Went back to checkout again. Only to find that LGC does NOT pay for shipping fees.. What?..? So now, have to buy even some more item to make sure I max voucher amount.. This is LGC and not SV. Why would they impose such restrictions on their own LGC.. Down the drain I tell you. I was too drained an furious to try chatting CS up to complain about this.. Actually all shopping site are the same. We can't apply discount code/gift voucher for shipping cost. unless it stated clearly "shipping coupon" (11street/shopee)

So that is call top up wallet then make purchase, that is why not able to withdraw out money.
The purpose they offer cashback is to lure ppl to use the wallet. once top up, the money is considered "secured" to them as u have to use it.


That means yours is not paid using wallet. that is why they refund to wallet and able to withdraw out.
Im not sure where you get the term "freeze" wallet as there are no such thing, try not to confuse ppl with the term.
