Guys, let's gather our voice and let them heard by KPDNNK.
-Wasted our time camping for the sales but turned out being cancelled or can't make payment due to their rubbish system, they should take the responsibility but keep giving bullshit excuses which we don't care at all, we need compensation.
-Fake the sales record which lots of orders failed to make payment and some being cancelled, which is just a pure scam marketing stunt.
-It's Lazada fault for the glitch, they should honor the orders just like how Amazon will not ask the to return the items sent to wrong person. They are the party to take the responsibility, if they can simply cancel any orders due to their fault, I don't think they will fix their lousy system seriously, hence more and more bullshits in future.
-Lazada customer service told to top up the wallet to make payment when other payment methods don't work, but the orders waiting to be paid (which always failed apparently) being closed then the money in wallet is non-withdrawable due to it's not refunded money.
-Lazada customer service always treat the unhappy buyers as fools, lied to us, gave wrong information just to close our complaint. For me, they lied to me that my waiting to be paid orders (which keep failing in payment) wouldn't be cancelled, compensation will be given if cancelled. Turns out it's all bullshit, my orders already being cancelled and they don't compensate me. I have call recording as evidence.
Guys, let's teach Lazada a lesson. Someone please make a template for complaints to KPNDDK, so that the unhappy buyers just to have to fill in the order number and personal information then email to KPNDDK.
