Yeah.. Tried purchasing last night and needed an item around RM10 to complete LGC usage.. Outside Fulfilled by Lazada RM80...Very hard to find cheap daily stuff that one needs and with free shipping. So far I've been seeing around RM4.x for shipping.. Good old days really gone..

wallet topup not allowed to withdraw. u can only use it to purchase things.
If u pay using cash/cc and was refund into wallet then only you may withdraw out

so basically its already refunded to u. if seller dont pick up the item consider free lo.
contact seller and give them a dateline to pickup.

Aslo, that's the problem of lazada wallet. lazada nowadays keep forcing people to activate lazada wallet. in future all cancellation will go straight to wallt and cannot be withdrawn.

u reload/top up then u add item into card and u choose Wallet when make payment right?

if a customer purchases something from lazada platform, but due to non-compliance of seller and the order is cancelled by the seller/lazada and not by the buyer, it is not the buyer's fault. It's the seller's fault, as well as partly Lazada's fault for allowing such seller to conduct business in Lazada platform. Lazada should take the responsibility.

Fact is very simple, you pay with wallet Lazada refund to wallet. Pay with card refund to card (or to wallet which then can withdraw). This is nothing to do with whose fault it is or anything, this is how their ewallet works.

Now whether they should be allowing withdraw for all is a different matter, and depends how you interpret Bank Negara ruling. I believe if enough people make complaint then Lazada will be forced to allow withdrawal from their wallet.

I have no problem withdrawing all money from the e wallet (credit to my bank account). Wallet must be frozen before withdrawal.

I paid my item via direct bank debit. Item received but faulty. DOA. I returned the item. Took close to a month for Lazada to refund to e wallet. Then I fully withdrew all money from my e wallet to my bank saving account. After 1 week, saw the credit in my bank. W00t.

Yeah.. See here.. Tried to buy an item.. Says free shipping RM40.. Clicked until 6, the past RM40.. Reach to checkout, become 5 only.. And so conveniently, that 5 units is actually RM39.x.. So close but can't qualify for free shipping. End up, I no choice, but to buy don't know what from the same shop, for free shipping on both items.

Went back to checkout again. Only to find that LGC does NOT pay for shipping fees.. What?..? So now, have to buy even some more item to make sure I max voucher amount.. This is LGC and not SV. Why would they impose such restrictions on their own LGC.. Down the drain I tell you. I was too drained an furious to try chatting CS up to complain about this.. Cuz frankly, CS rep is powerless in such matters. I placed the order anyway cuz LGC code be expiring soon and better to spend it fast before some more restrictions are imposed. 
I ended up having to buy a kitchen can opener.. Luckily, remembered that current one going to kaput d.
Whichever is cheapest.. Check all and hold out as long as can before pull trigger. Careful though, sometimes price can go up.. Not only down.. 
Damn.. So like that they just freeze wallet function of the account. That's like blackmail/punishing you for not spending your money on their platform again after the blunder.. Rather than they reverse and send to card or bank account. Hey, you still good Samaritan.. Me, if like this.. I try so hard to get them to come collect the item and they susah don't want. Very simple, I'll email them.. Saying they got till so so date to come pick up. If by then, they don't.. Considered agreement for you to dispose of the item as you see fit cuz taking up storage in your house and head.. Date reached and past..? Send email reminder and if still nothing?..Then you "dispose" lor.. Case closed.

the t&c says purchase from wallet will refund to wallet cannot withdraw, but im sure it can be done if you are fierce enough to screw lazada.

If indeed lazada cs used the term freeze, could you screenshot the email (cover sensitive info) and let us try to understand it?

Either way, it's a drastic over the top action towards their customer.. Especially as the issue wasn't caused by him at all. He's not asking for SV, but his own money. I get their T&C is there to protect them. But for less than RM100, they get to earn his goodwill. IMO, they should officially or unofficially amend their service, such that those who require refunds cuz seller canceled or no stock, can immediately withdraw to bank account. If buyer manually cancels, then refund to wallet only to spend again later. This should be fair for both sides.
