Aslo, that's the problem of lazada wallet. lazada nowadays keep forcing people to activate lazada wallet. in future all cancellation will go straight to wallt and cannot be withdrawn.
Its not lazada fault anyway, why ppl keep expecting sv from lazada? they just act as middleman.

I have a case (phone stolen) they say refund to my bank acc but suddenly they call me and convince me to activate wallet for refund instead.
I said i dont want to activate, i rather wait few days (7-14 days) to receive money. die die say dont want wallet so they give up.
next day i check bank account money already in.. more faster than thru walltet lel.
And another case is money refund into wallet already, i try to activate but no receive activation email, email and screw them and provided my bank account ask for manual refund but as usual they reply with template email how to activate wallet and say money gone into wallet cannot manual refund.
I screw them again and said either u go check your system problem or refund to bank account.
after that no reply then i check wallet money gone voucher reversed. few days later money refund to bank account d
