after the fiasco on Monday 6 Aug, they "credited" the missing reload @ 7 Aug (but dated 6 Aug in the app, as per my actual reload date/time). i'm cool with it and case closed.
yesterday CS emailed me if i receive the missing reload because they detected there was a reload performed on 7 Aug. wuttttttt???
reverted to them that I did not perform the reload and it should be from BigPay adjustment itself.
got me thinking: since the 7 Aug "adjustment" was dated as 6 Aug with the exact timestamp, my guess is the transaction was stucked in the system but failed to pushed to user/app. I guess bigpay cleared the queue and the transaction record pushed to my app on 7 Aug.
