Same here, only managed to topup 3 times successfully. 1 received OTP but failed.

Another 5 times failed after keying in amount n cvc, never even reached the OTP page.

After key-in credit card OTP but it loads very long and then it says there was an error. So have to wait whether it was really charged to my card first? If charged but not credited to my BigPay then only file a report or is BigPay’s system able to detect discrepancy and credit it to account automatically?

same happen to me at 9xx am, after enter otp, bigpay loading till oops top up not finish, but i checked with bank, already charged
so next step use in-app "contact support" and also send an email to bigpaysupport <bigpaysupport@bigpayme.com.my> with screenshot of otp sms

this is 2nd time i experienced this, IIRC 1st time took more than a week to get refund for the missing top up from bigpay

No need to lodge report, BP will automatically rectify it on the following day.

just lodge a report, not to rant/complaint excessively but for their future rectification and prevention.

reason is for them to keep track of TT (trouble ticket) issued due to this specific issue. if the number is at an alarming level, they or mgmt would be forced to take drastic/forceful action to mitigate the errors bigpay customers are experiencing.
under normal circumstances, this issue would be resolved internally (manual reconciliation) within 24hrs or so. it's not new, and they have been facing this for weeks now.

fixing it may takes times as it doesnt just originate from bigpay but also their relevant partners involved in the whole bigpay end-to-end ecosystem.
sadly, the issues they are facing is more and more compounded. it's a catch-22 situation: they are gaining momentum & traction in new/existing customers but limited by other connecting-issues.
lack of communications is another matter. they have been experiencing service reliability for some time now but not much effective comms to users.

Yeah, it seem like if u lost ur phone n wallet together, ur BigPay money sure gone especially with paywave function.. as I believe not everyone hold 2 phones or maybe the whole bag got snatch, both phone also lost

Just stick to the usual playbook:
1. Share BP top up with PBB card for the Spend for More Cash Back early of every participatin week
2. Compare forex rate

I found that imposing such ground rules bear no constructive discussion at all!

That baffles me as well. It's one thing if you want to promote BP's strengths & advantages but to attack those who exposes their incompetency, I don't see the point of doing that unless you're directly affiliated with AA or BP.
