Just now tried using on UOB Payonline but failed, tried 3 times all unsuccessful. Received email saying it's Not Approved. Looks like they are having problem there. Will talk to the CS later if it's still failed.

I also experienced both this morning till noon time just now. My last top up 3.40pm showed Top up not finish, sigh, don't know whether it's counted as 1x swipe or not.

Haha. Welcome to the group. I had lodged a report to BigPay regarding my case of top up not finish, waiting for their reply. Confirmed with PBB that the card had been charged.

reason is for them to keep track of TT (trouble ticket) issued due to this specific issue. if the number is at an alarming level, they or mgmt would be forced to take drastic/forceful action to mitigate the errors bigpay customers are experiencing.
under normal circumstances, this issue would be resolved internally (manual reconciliation) within 24hrs or so. it's not new, and they have been facing this for weeks now.

sadly, the issues they are facing is more and more compounded. it's a catch-22 situation: they are gaining momentum & traction in new/existing customers but limited by other connecting-issues.
lack of communications is another matter. they have been experiencing service reliability for some time now but not much effective comms to users.

What I notice is that it happened when I top up using the same card. Tried topping up using another card and it's completed without issue.

BP care without wave feature might be good in a way coz no one can use it w/o pin. But without wave might be inconvenient to certain people.

Agreed! Sometimes i am really lazy to post anything here as there's always people who will tell people that no point posting here. But reason i post here is not to complain but more to inform/notify others that I faced such issue. I will report (which most of the time I did) to CS if I find the issue is serious.

I still think that forum is a place for all for sharing + to gain information, and to discuss pro/cons of something. Without this forum, I won't know about BigPay and tricks associated to it.

Yes the only ATM machine, another 3 are CDM/ATM, tried 2 of the CDM/ATM also couldn't.

In the end I tried at HLB Jalan Perak (old hq there), left most CDM/ATM works for RM4,000 (40x100 notes). Withdrew thrn straight away deposited back.

I just top up this morning using my wife's card (supp card under me), it went through. Not sure how do they monitor that.

I also encounter similar issue. Went to withdraw at usual HLB branch ATM, transaction successful, pressed for receipt but nothing came out (no cash, no receipt), balance deducted. Freaked out a little but transaction reversed while chatting with CS officer. They initially asked me to wait for 7 days for the reversal or any update of Settled status. CS officer also advised to press Saving when withdraw.
