Lucky insufficient fund and i have frozen when i didn't use it thanks to this group advise. Now I want to chat with CS but today they are off. Hope others precaution when no use frozen the card. U can just call them to report fraud.. I think they have CS who handle fraud or lost card for 24 hours service.
