Taobao accept boost?

Ya, I use taobao app and pay with BP. 😑 lesson learnt.

malaysia definitely on right track on cashless with ewallets and credit cards. in fact I think cashiers prefer it as they don't have to deal with physical money, and of course much faster and more efficient.

Yes, it has been like that since early this year. The missing points most likely cause by multiple transaction (2~4) of the same catergory transaction (e.g 1st topup, 2nd topup; 1st boost, 2nd topup, 3rd boost; etc) in one day or continuously for a few days (e.g 2~4). Its seems like big point transaction are grouped together.. On my experience, it has already happened on 4 different occasion.

My original reply was for other things, not Bigpay.
You should look at the current account or savings account, not the debit card itself, eg OCBC 360 savings account, PB RCB.

Does anyone found that there r issue on big point syncing between BigPay and Airasiabig?

Ytd I got do several top up, n I notice that only 1 top up captured the point at airasiabig. Missed out around 100 points.

Today I do 2 top up, only first top up capture the point..

BigPay app shown the points added, but the points didn’t changed n if I login to airasiabig for the points transactions, it didn’t sync.. is it airasiabig having issue again?

Hmm.. I notice it is on n off since Mar19 but every time.. but recent days is like almost every time..

Anyone got problem with Big Points?  I top up 2 times RM600 into Bigpay card, but only 12 points (=1 time RM600 top up) reflected in the account.

I thought the problem is solved last month coz my points is correctly shown in end June.

looks like it is still having problem until now.

Anyone having problem top up boost with bigpay? I always receive 2 OTP but transaction fail after trying both.

the shopee refund (one-or-not) is only reflected 2-3 days later

if done on 7 july, results on 8 july, then order cancelled on 8 july too, refund would be reflected in bigpay around 10-11 july 

then no idea which is which liao

from my history, the refunded amount were timed around 2am+ and 5am+

i kena this also, extra RM1 charged around 3am plus (shopee), became settled pretty fast
it will tally after a few days (all the shopee one or not transactions refunded, luckily I have 2 or 3 only), I've stop using BP for one or not since I encountered that one extra RM1

since balance tallied, not going to do anything
I chatted with cs when I first discovered the extra RM1, he assured me it's preauthorized and will be refunded.

BigPayJonathanI thk it's a bug in their system, while the previous pending RM1 (actual spending) is still there and they get a refunded RM1, somehow they did not manage to tie back to the original RM1. So the system created an extra RM1 spending to be offset by this refund. Both new RM1 refund and RM1 spending changed to settled. The original RM1 spending still pending and released a few days later. So total balance still tally but I would not prefer the extra entry.



original spending RM1 twice on 20 Jun (one status settled, one status released)
original spending RM2 on 22 Jun
extra RM1 charged - not initiated by me on 23 Jun 04:11am
two refunded RM1 on 23 Jun 05:06am (if no extra RM1 charged above, I think their system cannot tally since the one of the original transaction on 20 jun still pending)
one refunded RM2 on 25 Jun 05:14am (not in pic)
so if the original spending are released properly, I assumed there will be no problem

mamamia it was released around 29th or 30th jun if i remembered correctly
