My question about MY SMS OTP going to a foreign mobile is not incase MY SMS OTP can’t reach us but just for being able to log-in. Since I’m bringing 2 BP cards and to ensure I’ll be able to log-in despite lost of card & mobile I should register both cards to 2 different mobile numbers (none of which are my own nor belonging to a friend who also uses BP). It'll deactivate the login on the previous device..” - If I’ve lost my mobile which is the one which is registered I won’t be able to merely download the apps to a new mobile and login from there since the OTP SMS will be sent to the existing registered mobile, which in this case is lost. This was what was told to me by CS when I checked few days ago.

U’ve too much worry.. if u happened to lost ur card, just call bigpay to cancel ur card.. treat bigpay card as ur bank card... as claimed by Johnathan, they have 24 hours CS for fraud / lost card..

I think what he meant is if u use one credit card to top up at BP account A b4, u no longer allow to use the same credit card to BP account B/C/D. Last time u can.. now they don’t allow as per CS feedback..

So far there is 1 card not belongs to me in my acc.. which is my supp card for my spouse. Other than that r all my card.. but I do hope that it allow me to transfer back the sup card to my spouse BigPay (the owner)..

Btw, any update on ur fraud case previously?

CS explained that the second entry was due to some system process whereby the unsuccessful transaction was reported twice, as this was to show that it had been "reversed" (even though the first entry was already marked as unsuccessful).  She said that although the two entries appeared unrelated on the app (i.e. CIMB Bank vs Seven Bank, and different dates), she confirmed that after internal tracing, it was confirmed that they were from the same transaction. The system just reported twice.

I gave my feedback that this double reporting an be quite misleading, and although it wasn't a "fraud", it is very worrying to get two separate transactions, and that weeks and weeks of waiting for them to trace the transaction and respond to my report was also not very satisfactory.

Hmm.. hope this is really just a system bug.. but the explanation doesn’t sound convince.. if this really happened to any of the bank, I don think any of us can accept it..

How I wish I can put all eggs into 1 basket (BP), but with past experience where app down/ bug / some merchant doesn’t accept BP, I always keep some credit in credit card for all this instances.. hope BP can really stable and accept by all merchants in days soon.

today when i screen through my big point, i notice that bigpay app shown point earned, but, AirAsia Big app points history didnt record the txn..

It is small amount, but, it seem that big points is not guarantee and u wont notice it as in the past, i just check whether my transaction status turned to settled/ approved and there is point shown under it.. i try luck to chat with bigpay CS, they ask me to check with Big Loyalty as to them, they d recorded my points correctly in their BigPay app, but, is Big Loyalty issue didnt record it..

Note: it was top up transaction made on 11 March, i've similar top up done on the same day, that points are sync n recorded by Big Loyalty, but, the other top up done earlier than that is missing

I reported this back in 1st March. Had problem since Feb. Until now big loyalty team still checking..... BigPayJonathan can someone sort out the big points dispute between BigPay and airasia big?

The CS said is not their issue, is BigLoyalty punya pasal n also said is different server, so they dunno what's wrong with bigloyalty... so, i don think they will help...

Cannot pay via app, unless u do peer to peer (P2P) transfer to ur friends who have bigpay.. P2P can be done via QR scan or from ur contact list
