I found out the big point collected from every day every spending (e.g boost, shopee, etc) really does not add up or reflected in the total big point figure inside the big pay app. This has been happening since last week and look like getting serious or big pay are doing some configuring behind the scene currently. 

i think this bp point system hv many problem, especially if we use the sync function. i made a complaint via chat, later bp reply email claiming the missing point could have due to expiry, or loyalty mistake, ask me to check with loyalty. i responded with a very strong worded email then they reply again will escalate, however no news after many days. i don't really care abt the point, but merely a few transactions still total cant tally cause me a bit worry if the app are truly secure.

Because it would be a nice feature to have, not about topping up with CASA but more of receiving money from ppl who does not have BigPay account. I hope in future there is eWallet that is as good as bigpay yet have the possibility to receive money.

If not mistaken MBB eWallet is able to receive money from Giro transfer but not a big fan of MAE

i gonna ask another stupid question which i know the answer yet i cannot believe it.

One of my friend work as a Customer Service in one of the bank and he told me this story. He said he saw one customer transaction from 2nd July till 18th July spend on bigpay more than 20k so i am just wondering how is that possible? I ask him to confrirm is it sup card or just 1 card and he said all the 20k is on a single card with multiple transactions.

So here goes my question, can we link the same credit card to multiple big pay account? If cannot then how come he can spend more than 20k?

Yes, hot seat and free meal as well. Sometimes our company will book us on AA if we are travelling to neighbouring countries and comes with premium flex. My luggage was also tagged under priority baggage and it will be one of the first few ones to appear on carousel, not sure if they still do this in KLIA2. You can also visit the Red Lounge.

nope, the aa platinum tie to your Big acc entire you as platinum status whereby you got premium flex upgrade just for priority check in, priority boarding and express baggage collection.
i just book a trip next year with add on baggage and found that my itinerary also got premium flex status and ask them whether i got 2 X checked baggage, meal etc and this is what i got from them...

If you are frequent buyer of Bigpay credit, why not you ask the seller to transfer fund to your bank account directly and you save the cashout cost. Hehe.
