I spent on 11 Mar for hospital bill, but today check the settlement, it is still RM30 = 1 point, so, really specifically for respective category of spending only

i Duitnow transfer to my family member bank acc, but, the status shown as pending n money deducted from my Bigpay acc, anyone experience this b4?

No, ended up it shown cancelled n refund back.. but, today I try again, still same issue.. is it they don’t allow Duitnow transfer out d?

meaning they block ppl from duitnow out?

Tried too, same case.. pending > cancelled

Finally this work for me..

No love letter, I want to transfer out n stop using BP after the fee they going to impose, not worth to use for travel anymore..

I tried Duitnow to NRIC & Mobile No, both failed, P2P to my sis BigPay, n she also having the same error to Duitnow out to ID.


Normally I will check the card status b4 do any txn..

So, conclusion is BP might have issue on Duitnow to ID (IC/ Mobile number), but I Duitnow to account number then straight ok..

if i understand her FB video correctly, she told bnm that she would like to open acc at Bank A & B, but, she purposely try on Bank C & D, that's y rejected.

I think even mule tag removal will take time like 6 months, similar to CCRIS, that's y if she intend to open acc at C&D, she should also tell BNM on this so BNM can issue letter to respective bank to help her to open CASA now while pending for cooling off period to clear her name fully...

Most bank will just follow their bank policy n not what they see from social media / news... once u're tag as Mule, even it is clear off, it will take time to update in system as "observation" period ...it is like high attention account tagging...

anyway, no doubt that all these r Bigpay mistake, she reserve her right to sue Bigpay for her loss/ reputation from last year till her name fully clear off... but, wonder any lawyer has confident to fight over the case FOC and share the "gain" she will get after winning the case...

as i know, she just purposely go n try C & D to test whether her name is really clear, but, i believe she shouldnt have issue to open at A & B after she inform BNM on her preference since BNM already get involved... so far she didnt update further...
