Just check again, only 14th & 15th txn still pending.. txn after 15th all settled. Live chat but no respond, think the CS all off work for Xmas celebration d

If midnight, yes it is, just need to wait patiently. but I top up just now at around 4+pm no issue, very smooth..

Yes, payment via credit card is subject to 3% fee.. if ur credit card give u cashback more than 3%, why use online banking which u will definitely need to pay 1.5% and the conversion rate might be higher than bigpay rate..

I did top up b4 12 noon, the screen stuck / blank at 3D secure page after I key in OTP. Then no confirmation nor error page, I check my card acc, no authorize charges or sms confirmation on charges. After waited for 10-15 min, I decided to click cancel.

Until now, didn’t c any “additional top up” nor authorize charge.. so, mean it didn’t go through even after I key in OTP..

This happened since months ago, if not mistaken should be since 11.11.18 when ipay88 gateway failed to handle the traffic.. for my case, whenever Shopee change to cybersource, my bigpay (previously stored in Shopee acc) will disappear and even I try adding it again, it will failed.. when Shopee change the payment gateway back to ipay88, my BigPay card will auto appear.

Some forummer here able to add the card n use it for either payment gateway. So, I believe this is hit n miss case.

From my experience with Maybank, they will at least call to tell u when will be the next update, eg. By end of next week. If next week still not resolved, they will still call u on the promised date and tell u they need more time n give another estimated time on next update / resolution

This not only applicable to dispute case, it applied to all complaint case.
