U need to compare the rate based on settlement date and not transaction date.. but, bigpay didn’t show when is the settlement date, so, need to monitor the date urself

My Shopee suddenly swing to cybersouce today. Bigpay card disappear from my card in my Shopee acc..

It seem that Shopee do precaution move this round.. change to cybersource b4 double 12 to avoid double 11 ipay88 failed payment issue

Mind to tell which bank card u used? Bcoz if for pbb, normally as long as u able to key in OTP then sure go through even it is within short time .. unless u key in wrong OTP.. else, it is captured by bank..

Auto removed by Shopee when they switch to cybersource.. when it switch back to ipay88, bigpay will auto appear back..

I’ve once use Maybank Card to pay Shopee.. I key in OTP, even it is correct OTP, it shown declined by bank/ card issuers, after I tried the same for more than 3 times, my card can’t use for online shopping anymore.. not even reach OTP page.. then I need to call to Maybank to check and several follow up only I manage to “reactivate” my cars

So, I also worry bigpay will block me if I tried several times.. n I don wan to go through the hassle to call to unblock..just wait Shopee auto switch back to ipay88 then my bigpay card will auto appear in the payment option.. dunwan to try to add with cybersource payment gateway..

Change billing address at add card page? Change n submit n charge RM1 and go back to the page to change back to correct one?

Or just edit something n change back correct one b4 proceed to add?

Still failed after key in OTP for the RM1 verification charge.

Ya, I also can’t add bigpay when it is under cybersource payment gateway.. when they switch back to ipay88, then my bigpay card which previously save in the acc will auto appear.. dunno when Shopee will switch back to ipay88

Both ways doesn’t work for me.. try for my bro acc also cannot..

For me, all my card still there except bigpay when they switch from ipay88 to cybersouce. So, when they switch back from cybersource to ipay88, my bigpay will reappear on top of other bank cards.
