Try philips also.. very good for its price.. Same goes for KCS 75 which is around rm90.. Will blow away headphones way above their price.

philips is ok...philips was my 1st upgrade earphone

ES7 has more analytical and upfront sounds if compared against it's more expensive sibling, i.e. ESW9.
ESW9 is well known for it luscious mid, which to me is very good for female vocal.
Also, ES7 is not as comfortable as ESW9 although the design is almost the same, minus the wooden cups.

If I really wanna get DT990, 600 ohm, I'll customize it to be all black....
Saw a picture of a black 990 with black cover, looks very stealthy.

Just that I still prefer the sounds signature of 880 and you cannot change the steel cover to black, unlike 990.

dun get ldmk 5 ss lousy i tried it and yuck same like crossroad edge with upgrade opamp waste of money imo bigger and look exp

Super.fi 5 pro = clarity, better in high

Um2 = bass, better in mid

it seems earphones give more crips for sound quality but will these magnatic field harm our ear drum it consume too long hours (2~3 hours?)

basically it indicates the bass level, the more the bass level, the more you would need to sacrifice for the clarity.

so which 1 has the best clarity n which 1 has the best bass .

i wanna buy the middle range hdphones so which one is best for this middle class, audio technica or akg or grado or beyer? sumone mind to help?

The pic is ES7, the cheaper sibling of ESW9.
ESW9 is wooden cups, not shiny black plastic.

But if your music selection is hip-hop and rock, maybe ES7 will suit you more as ESW9 has more warmer characteristic.

bijou#1 has the best clarity, bijou#3 has the punchy bass..
