I've been trying to find a way to save my custom equalizer settings.

Every time I start car, the settings default to "Proton" setting which is annoying.

Is there a way to set my sound system so that it always loads my custom equalizer when I turn on my car?

First time driving a Proton (bought this year) so I'm still not used to the systems.

gear knob on D is loose, I can move it up and down by a few centimetres. sometimes, the engine also loses power whenever I press the pedal down.

Does anyone know what's the cause of this issue? I'm fearing it could be the gearbox issue and I know repairs for that can be quite costly.

can try replace gear lever bush cost around RM10, no need clip

Is there any way of knowing CVT gear temp through obd2 scanner?

I got conflicting reply with regards to this.

Not sure if there particular dongle would be able to do so?

Long time no lepak here..just to share an experience..
Today car breakdown at RnR..push start button not working, brake paddle very hard to push..then suspect the battery as last changed is January 2020..So changed a new one, also same..after some try push gear paddle to N, its starting..so not battery i guess.look like gear stuck or something to do with it ..

Then arrived home, cant push the gear to P..ahhhh.after trying 2-3 time suddenly can..check with my brother in law whose mechanic, he say something to do with the gear paddle / shifter..to confirm has to open the console and see 1st..as it night already , so another day laa to open and see ..

Just to give credit when its due ..
The old battery is Amaron Go..good endurance..it lasting almost 4y..perhaps can be push further hahaha..
However had to use another brand because most shop close today..

As I know that normally happens when the battery is disconnected for some reason. Otherwise the settings should be saved. Perhaps you should check if battery power to the player is getting cut off during starting.

Hi do u get the problem solved? Brake switch problem? Happens to my persona vvt before it was caused by brake booster vacuum hose cracked and leaked.

Same with mine. Everytime start go to proton setting

Guys, just got my new Iriz two days back. It’s a the 2023 1.6 executive.

I’ve noticed than the steering vibrates (you can’t really see it vibrating but you can sure feel it) at low speeds <20kmph and the vibration sort reduces as you speed up, but you can still feel it. Is this normal? It’s brand new 2 days old car. My old car doesn’t do do that despite being 9 years old. So curious, if it’s normal.

Make a sounds to SC for mounting check. Anything not ok claim a new mounting under warranty
