Lol no. Their t&c stated points not awarded need to be reported to them within 7 days. They'll process within 60 days.

I think your last month is lost case already. If you really want to test them, why not whatever missing points you encounter this month, just don't do 50 transactions. If you miss 3, do 47 transactions. Then see what they say. If they don't award then can taruk them.

That is a calculated risk but worth a try since the earlier met with a blockade.

I am waiting for their reply. If that correct i will post it all at social media so they can't throw their terms and condition at our face.

Oh man... it is better not to wave anymore with KFC.

Tonight went for a dinner with kids at KFC around 8PM. I tried to wave and it wont go through. Then they said cash only, machine problem. Suddenly I received a confirmation at 9:22pm from Samsung Pay RM24.45 bill whereas I pay by cash earlier for RM50.95. This will be hard to challenge since I do not keep the receipt.

I really wonder what is going on with their system. Amount is totally different as well.

I think someone just had a free meal on me... oh well, I think I will avoid swiping at KFC ever.

I not sure why samsung member benefit is only for selected device
On my 2 samsung device, no benefit in SM apps

On my A7 2016, have benefit section, but is empty

So sorry to hear that you had a horrible experience. I never encountered this issue before but will take note after reading your horrendous encounter.

You can try and dispute with the bank which the transaction was charged. Will definitely be an uphill battle and a hassle but it is your money after all. No harm in trying, right?

I posted a feedback in kfc page and let's see if they take any action. Money wise isn't too much of a big deal but it's sad that they had such a loophole. I mean how could my spay info remain on the terminal until the next xx transaction? Luckily it was 24.45 only. If this had been few K, then it would be bad for both party.

An error or loophole is still considered a mistake just not that life threatening or grievous. Really hope they find the bugs and fix it up before it starts gathering more victims. Few K??? Nope, hence why they generally only allow small transaction amounts per wave of up to RM250. The entire system is not fully matured or fool proof as you have experienced.

Had experienced this only once before at KFC Extreme Park Section 13 Shah Alam...

Apparently, the cashier said payment didn't go thru and also no receipt was printed. However, my Gear S3 app "ding" and stated payment went thru successfully. I ask for the Manager assistance and he pressed a few buttons on the cashier machine and immediately the receipt was printed.

So, blame the cashier (99% all the time...). These cashiers are just part-timer and they don't bother or worry to make mistake as they can find other jobs anytime...

I thought card terminal at KFC for display only?
most of the time can't be use.very different with McDonald...
wave all the time..be it drive thru or counter with Samsung pay

I encountered this before. The amount showed and then got approval code but no receipt came out. But mine is different. I got nothing. The blue light came on the terminal but there's no amount. The cashier ask me to tap, which I did but nothing happen. The counter on my spay still counting down, no approval code or whatever on the terminal nor the amount is showing.

Besides I already mentioned different amount was charged. My purchases total RM50.95 but my card was charged RM24.45. This is a different scenario.

Out of 10 times different outlet

4 times say system down,
4 times success with no issue
2 times need retry twice only success

KFC terminal sucks.
Always give reason whether it is down or cashier don’t know how to use it.
Tried many times ald.
Last time I use it, wave many times error always.
They put that terminal for show only.
