I've tried 4 branches in Klang Valley already always telling no credit card always being informed cash only.

At least they have a platform to complain and I am actually very surprised that do take action. 👍👍✌

Most of my previous complaints are not related to SPay but on the quality of food, cleanliness of washroom and Wi-Fi access...

Now, KFC give Wi-Fi access with code stated in the receipt so that outsiders can't tap the Wi-Fi "illegally" (which McD doesn't implement and hence McD Wi-Fi generally bad...)

Only one complaint I did last month related to KFC SPay service. One of their outlet (sorry can't reveal it here...) is charging minimum purchase of RM30 in order to use credit card payment (be it physical or contactless method...). So, I logged a report on the link I've shared earlier stating that Bank Negara Malaysia doesn't allow minimum purchased for CC payment. I did not expect the action to be within 48 hours as they will need time to investigate internally... So, the week after that I went to the same outlet and now can pay using CC "freely"...

We are living in the new "Rule of Law" world... Use our rights accordingly if we think we are on the right side...

And I hope this coming Aidilfitri season, there should not be roadblock here and there just to get "Ang Pow Raya" from the rakyat ... Anyway, I already follow the rules of the traffic so never got "pow" from those "kuda putih" .... And how I wish if we all could pay the fine or "denda" on the spot using SPay ... LOL... so that no "Ang Pow Raya" is blindly given to these desperate "kuda putih"...

Kudos to you for going the extra mile and taking the initiative to lodge complains and provide feedback to the F&B retailers. Improvement is what everyone should be seeking and working towards.

Yes, I totally agree and support the "Rule of Law". Glad yo know there are many more like minded folks who also support this.

Regarding the matter of paying summons with SPay, who know, perhaps Samsung Pay might be able to work something out with PDRM. It doesn't hurt to have wishful thinking. Selamat berpuasa Bro!

We need cash in hand to give "duit Raya" to children; not give the cash to "kuda putih"... Hence, SPay is highly encouraged to pay legal offense stuff too...

Even close to limit u can use previously i use rm240 then i made a rm15 it asked for pin so yes good job Samsung pay getting better.

I just found out spay maybank limit 1k i think even with pin.

Tried another rm656 it rejected with card successful

On BHP pay at counter is wasting paper
I get 3 slip instead of 1 slip wave at pump
1 is card slip, 1 prepay chip, 1 final amt with e card pts receipt

Usually is credit card slip and prepaid slip.

Once u pump finish u can press for receipt at kiosk

trx appear in 10mins

points awarded in 1 hour

Normally u guys go bhp terminal pumb how frequent per visit?
Previsouly I go pump 1 time RM10, then wait 5min head back to pump another RM10 to get spay points...

When I go to uni I pump caltex 10 cents
Back from uni to home bhp 10 cents
But it's hard to get exactly 10 cents so sometimes like 10-20 cents

So 2x5x4 = 40 transactions per month.
Then 10 more transaction for other usage.

Ez 50 transactions per month.
