Yes, no sound or no error messages shown in the payment terminal. I was HLB Visa paywave compliant card. After Samsung Pay couldnt be detected, i used my HLB card to paywave and it worked.

So not sure whether it is the terminal issue, as yesterday was the first time i tried Samsung Pay at BHP.

But now i never tap at pump, no point awarded

yes, can be use on 99% of the terminal that support Visa or MasterCard, not necessary payWave. just tell the cashier u would like to pay using card and ask to ready the terminal by entering the amount and prompt for insert / swipe card before handing ur payment card (Samsung Pay).

There no guarantee 100% will work some terminal will have issue.

I think pay at pump for no point awarded issue only happen to Mastercard. No issue on Visa

Been trying out Samsung Pay over 4 transactions this weekend and only 1 transaction went through (McD). For the other 3 failed transactions, Paywave works for the same card but Samsung Pay have error saying " Do Not Honor"

Blame the bank, not Samsung Pay.
I experience the Do Not Honor issue before, and mainly it is due to the bank and some other limitations on your bank account related stuff, especially contactless transaction limits.

No much idea about your query. Perhaps need someone who claimed before to enlighten u.

I happened to get the Tesco E Voucher just a few days ago before this Aeon voucher.
The Aeon voucher is better deal in term of the "Reward Price/Redeem Point" ratio.. and i also spend in Aeon more often cry.gif ranting.gif

Anyone redeemed the Tesco e voucher?

I thought the limit for Samsung Pay or Paywave is 250? The amount I'm swiping and failed was 80+ between 150.

Should I call up the bank (in my case Public Bank) and ask them about transaction limit for Samsung Pay?
