it is hard not to use pbb bank, because it have 1 card giving 6% cash back and another 1 giving 5% cash back
bank is the party should actually educate their customer on this restriction

i used pin if "Do not honor" message pop out, after that can use Spay again for next transaction. I think need to use pin every few weeks to avoid this problem.

I used to reset at petrol station, pump RM1 using PIN

it's a hit and miss for me when using Citibank card with Samsung Pay, thus always ready the physical card nowadays when Do not honor appear

So far i didnt have Do No Honor by using Citibank cards. Except PB which is very annoying

other banks maybe reset the limit every month
but pbb for sure that continue to accumulate until max limit of times regardless how many months that it take

did you guys notice the samsung points redemption has been increased? Previously 400p for RM10 and now increase to 500p for RM10. Latest vouchers are 500p for RM10 AEON voucher and 1500p for RM30 Petronas card.

The points go up and down. Giant voucher was 850 points for rm20. Then previous aeon was 800 points for rm20. But this one is most expensive. 500 points for rm10, which is 1k points for rm20. But this time 1 account can only redeem once. Lol.

The GSC HLB Terminal are able to identify the what card we are using. Thats why it always require users to tap twice (no matter physical/spay)

I still entitle instant discount when I tap my S7edge Spay twice. (last time)

Before that I was using S7edge, I have no such issues, this happen recently only which I upgrade to Note9.

Tap once to identify the card, then 2nd time the terminal will show the amount you need to pay, tap 2nd time to conduct the payment/transaction.

Yeah, now they ask me to use physical card, they in the middle of solving it.

Yes, but don do if using master card, no point will award

Hmm how does the terminal identify what card? since Spay is using a totally different card number (first 6 digit identify which bank card)

Hmm ..I tried at the pump yesterday but the terminal didn't seem to sense the Samsung Pay when I touched my phone at the upper part of the payment terminal

Yes, no sound or no error messages shown in the payment terminal. I was HLB Visa paywave compliant card. After Samsung Pay couldnt be detected, i used my HLB card to paywave and it worked.

So not sure whether it is the terminal issue, as yesterday was the first time i tried Samsung Pay at BHP.
