Make no sense my friend. bro webe is advertised as full speed and unlimited quota, for them to secretly place a cap is unaccaptable and this CS gives lame excuse saying ur speed is fine. as a customer u saying its fine to just speed cap us and gives no explanation?? and u are saying webe customers arent paying customer la??? the rm78 per month is just gifts la? For webe it make sense because its unlimited. Why paying customer want their speed to be cap? This post has been edited by hatescammer: Apr 3 2018, 09:49 AM |

QUOTE(Gregar Forte @ Apr 3 2018, 09:54 AM) Yep so far only webe postpaids are capped. Nothing we can do right now except for make complaint through the formal channel and lastly hope. Just change to another carrier if you feel the service is unacceptable. They won’t make a move unless the sales statistics speak. |

They did not state that they will give you full speed but only unlimited. Same goes to all Telcos, all will be based on Best Effort since it is depending on the base stations capacity. |

QUOTE(Theoutspokenguy @ Apr 3 2018, 08:21 AM) 1. I still do not know when my expiry or how to extend my validity 1) No expiry date as long as got usage2. Frustration of data allocation 1gb 3g/1gb LtE 3. Stability switching between 3G and LTE 4. Indoor very high chance it auto switch to 3G 2) Company already set, can't do much 3) Depends on location coz coverage not so big for 4G 4) Usually due to building blockage (material, thickness of building wall) |

QUOTE(Ckmwpy0370 @ Apr 2 2018, 10:22 PM) AFAIK, Wimax is an old technology, Intel no longer develop it while LTE is different.webe LTE is using Band 5 (most area) which technically able to cover wider area as compared to other telco 1800, 2300 or 2600. However, TM being a newbie on LTE game, what they lack of are the tower/network/repeater, thats why some area which has more subscribers will encounter slowness. And that also depends whether your phone can support Band 5 or not. |
