you are correct, but it is worth it. u only pay rm60 for 120GB and vvip number
it is normal if you are connect to band 5 network. u can up to 70mbps if u are connect to band 38/40
*
no now webe capped maximum download speed to 3mbps... because when u try ookla speed test it goes to 35mbps but when u try download something it cap at 3mbps or around 200-300kb/s

How do you know which band you're connected with?

I'm on Huawei E5770s-320 MiFi that supports Band 5, 38 & 40. It just shows LTE... nothing much... usage area - Shah Alam

Yep, i already screenshot'ed CS chat and proceeded to MCMC complaint. The cap started on last thursday/29.3.18 iirc. i usually got around 10Mbps on morning and then suddenly hovers around 3Mbps +-10%. Just hoping that they will uncap again cos if i wants to port out, i got another 4 numbers under my name.
*
whoa 4 numbers, i really hope they uncap lmao

U mean you are paying for every byte and you want to be capped? Make no sense my friend.

For webe it make sense because its unlimited.

Why paying customer want their speed to be cap?
*
bro webe is advertised as full speed and unlimited quota, for them to secretly place a cap is unaccaptable and this CS gives lame excuse saying ur speed is fine. as a customer u saying its fine to just speed cap us and gives no explanation?? and u are saying webe customers arent paying customer la??? the rm78 per month is just gifts la? vmad.gif
