To those that are leaning towards purchasing a unit here; be prepared to fight a long battle with the developers post JMB formation. They can be quite immature and your RM0.11 psf will definitely not be sustainable after JMB's formation. The developer will pull out his guards, gardeners, cleaners, pool cleaners and staffs. You will then realize how it'll almost be doubled to sustain. I'm an owner of X2 Residency, the first pet project for the developer to 'test' and 'learn' how to build and maintain a condo property.
