Do you know what is "SHOCK" ?? try throwing a phone on the floor, the screen might not broken, but the internal chips might have been damaged.

Cardboard is not wonder..we need some thing that can absorb the the shocking and impact, some thing that is soft and elastic.

And the cardboard you used cant be compressed, that means it cant be use as a protection. You wanna use cardboard, use those with big zig-zag structure in the middle layer that can be pressed.

OMG... I just saw the packing and the condition of the phone. even the battery is tear off. it looks dangerous.

Im sure this is not normal wear and tear.

3. u confirm la bad seller coz u sell faulty item, like other ppl sell faulty ngage to me!!!! or u dont know wat faulty item?

sigh..seriously i feel very disappointed and sad seeing this kind of environment (especially the seller's kiddy attitude)..

im not gonna repeat the same thing again and again, but it seems like TS not gonna do anything..

obviously its easier for TS to just bank in the money rather than ask the buyer to post back the phone and she will repair it..

looking at the TS's attitude now, i wonder, is she gonna return back the phone IF the buyer post it back to her?

buyer, u r win in this case, but u r not lucky since TS didnt agree with ur solution.
so i think just let it go (i wish i could hit her ) and repair the phone with ur own money or buy another phone..

dun waste ur time arguing with her becoz it will go nowhere and endless..

PS - its not my position to say this, but i hope Mod/TE can blacklist her.

ya i would say, buyer, u just have to count yourself unlucky in this case as the seller is a very rude and irresponsible person...and next time, do always remember to ask for more picture and make sure there's personal waranty before banking in....

To buyer, if u still need an independent party to look at ur phone, i am available. I also stay in bdr menjalara!

I think the buyer should PM/contact the seller one last time. Make sure that her decision is final. If she still refuses, then I think case closed, seller should gets a dispute tag and a nice place in the blacklist.

To the buyer, too bad it turned out his way but this is the kind of risks we have to take when buying online. You just got unlucky. Hope it won't discourage you from further online shopping. Lots of better traders out there!
