the weird part is this, did the buyer request for more photos from the seller when buying it? cos honestly if i were a buyer, i would definitely asked for more photos rather than taking the seller's word for it.....

the point here is did the seller give personal waranty or not....the buyer have yet to clear this point up.....

sounds like a complicated issue here...hope u guys can settle it soon

did buyer agree to the terms that no personal warranty is given??? as stated by the seller that she did not give u any personal warranty as it's send by postage....

ya i would say, buyer, u just have to count yourself unlucky in this case as the seller is a very rude and irresponsible person...and next time, do always remember to ask for more picture and make sure there's personal waranty before banking in....
